We are incredibly excited to announce that Wave has been shortlisted as a finalist at the Recruiter Awards 2022 in the Recruitment Industry Supplier of the Year category. The award recognises businesses that have made a significant impact on the recruitment industry through their products and services, as well as exemplary client focus and service. To be shortlisted for such an award is an incredible honour and we couldn’t be prouder.
Following the hiring of a number of new talented individuals to the Wave team, a shortlisting for the TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards 2022, the re-launch of our Talent Matters podcasts, and an expanding client base, 2022 is proving to be a year of tremendous growth, opportunity and accolades for Wave. Being shortlisted at the Recruiter Awards 2022 really is the icing on the cake – and we’re only midway through the year!
The Recruiter Awards recognises outstanding achievements by agencies, in-house recruiters, and recruitment marketing and technology suppliers. It is a celebration of achievements for the entire recruitment community and we are in some stellar company, with industry greats being shortlisted alongside us.
The rigorous judging aims to recognise innovative organisations and individuals who add outstanding value to their business partnerships and relationships, and not those who simply provide a solid professional service. The awards showcase those that go above and beyond offering a good product, something that we have always prided ourselves on here at Wave.
