Great holiday entitlement
25 days holiday annual leave, plus extra closure days in the Christmas period and all bank holidays, rising to an extra day per year, each year, from 3 years of service.
Generous pension contribution
Wave offers a competitive pension contribution of 5% each month, paid into every employee’s Royal London pension scheme, with a 4% employee contribution.
