It’s an exciting and busy time at Wave. Our job board distribution and analytics tool, WaveTrackR is going from strength to strength. Helping our client to attract more talent and get more from their advertising it’s proving very popular with a current 100% renewal rate.
Now it’s time to tell more people about it. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for our first Business Development Manager to get out and about to tell (hopefully sell!) prospective clients all about what we can offer. With around 30,000 recruitment companies in the UK alone, the market is huge and we’re ambitious and hungry for more clients to be using WaveTrackR.
We’re based in Reading, but you can be based anywhere really as you can work remotely. We judge on results not call volumes or meetings so there is plenty of autonomy in this role.
You should ideally have solid and successful sales experience within recruitment technology, failing that some relative experience in either recruitment or SaaS sales. We’re a good bunch to work with (we think), and like to enjoy ourselves but we’re very serious when it comes to growing the business and helping our clients to attract more talent. A self starter is a bit of a cliché but you really should have the ability to get going independently with an ambition and drive which matches ours.
