It was a night to remember at the TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards ceremony as Wave celebrated being honoured with a Highly Commended accolade in the Talent Tech Innovation Award (<30 employees).
It was the second consecutive year that Wave has been shortlisted for the Talent Tech Innovation Award and it was wonderful to see our name up in lights as a Highly Commended entry.
The judges had this to say about Wave:
“Wave is highly commended for their thought leadership in the industry and using generative AI to solve real issues in talent attraction to free up recruiters’ time.”
The awards shine a spotlight on the full spectrum of HR and Recruitment technology solutions for employers, recruiters, candidates and contractors, and the finalists represented the best in the business. The aim of the awards – highlighting the vital role of recruitment tech in releasing human potential – is an ethos that mirrors Wave’s own philosophy of creating a world where talent is never missed via technology and creativity.
The Talent Tech Innovation award recognises a recruitment technology solution that has transformed or substantially improved candidate attraction, management or development for recruitment companies and we are delighted to have been recognised as one of the best tech offerings in the industry. To then be highly commended at the awards ceremony was a really wonderful moment. It is testament to the hard work that the whole team has delivered over the past year and we couldn’t be prouder.
