When ReeVR came to Wave, the brief was clear: create a website that is easy to follow, puts job search front and centre, and looks genuinely different from other recruitment sites, without sacrificing usability or clarity.

Wave designed and built ReeVR’s new website on WaveSites, with a clear focus on clarity, hierarchy, and confident visual contrast. The site is fully integrated with WaveTrackR and Bullhorn, ensuring jobs, applications, and candidate data flow seamlessly between the website and ReeVR’s core recruitment systems.
A distinctive visual identity
ReeVR’s yellow brand colour was used deliberately to help the site stand out, highlighting key sections and calls to action without overwhelming the experience. Overlapping sections and card-style layouts add depth and hierarchy, giving the site a more modern, considered feel.
Job search and calls to action that lead the experience
The candidate journey was designed to remove friction and keep momentum high. Homepage messaging immediately positions ReeVR’s value and makes it clear who the business supports and what it does.
Strong, consistent calls to action such as Upload your CV, Find a job, and Create a job alert are woven throughout the site, ensuring candidates always have a clear next step.
A dedicated jobs experience with filtering and job alerts supports both immediate applications and longer-term engagement, encouraging candidates to return as new roles become available.
