Team Wave are thrilled to announce that we have been shortlisted for a double whammy at the prestigious Recruiter Awards 2024. Wave are finalists in the Recruitment Industry Supplier of the Year and the Recruitment Technology Innovation of the Year and we could not be prouder.
The Recruiter Awards recognises outstanding achievements by recruiters, recruitment marketers and recruitment technology companies and we are in some great company with fellow finalists reading as a who’s who in the world of recruitment.
Shortlisted finalists are chosen by a panel of expert independent judges during a rigorous process, closely examining best practice and innovation as well as their ability to drive standards higher in the recruitment industry.
Those shortlisted for Recruitment Industry Supplier of the Year must have made a significant impact on the recruitment industry through the product or services provided, in addition to showcasing exemplary client focus and service.
Recruitment Technology Innovation of the Year finalists will have achieved stand-out accomplishments in recruitment-related technology innovation and judges looked for examples of product effectiveness, creativity, market insight, sustainability and financial viability. The recently augmented, forward-thinking WaveTrackR, newly updated to ensure that nothing is missed in the quest to find qualified candidates, was identified for this award.
