The prestigious awards celebrate the very best in HR and recruitment technology solutions for employers, recruiters, candidates and contractors and we are honoured to be recognised amongst the greats of the industry. The TIARA’s campaign to highlight the vital role of talent tech in releasing human potential is one that chimes with our ethos to create a world where talent is never missed and we are delighted to be a part of it.
The Talent Tech Innovation Award recognises an HR or recruitment technology solution that has transformed or substantially improved talent acquisition, management or development for employers and/or recruitment companies.
This is exactly what Wave aims to do, every day, through our complete solution for candidate attraction via WaveTrackR (data-powered multi-poster and analytics tool), WaveMedia (recruitment media strategies and buying), and RecWebs (tailored recruitment websites). Recruiters can sign up to just one of these and slot it into their existing candidate attraction portfolio of tools or they can utilise all three, providing a complete solution through just one company and streamlining the entire recruitment process.
We are incredibly proud of the growth we’ve achieved immediately following what was an incredibly difficult time for all in the recruitment industry, which makes it that much more of an honour to have been shortlisted for such a distinguished award.
